Commentary:

the One who dwells in the thornbush
  See Exodus 3:2-5 (Targum; Sifri; Rashi; Septuagint). Or, 'He who dwells in heaven' (Saadia; Ibn Ezra; cf. Targum). Or, 'favor even [in areas] inhabited by thornbushes (wastelands)' (Paaneach Razah).

It shall come
  (Targum; Ramban; Ralbag; Septuagint). Tavothah in Hebrew. Or, 'Its grain' (cf. Ibn Ezra).
