fire
  From the altar (Ralbag).

incense
  The regular incense described in Exodus 30:34-36 (BeMidbar Rabbah 18:7; Tanchuma 5; Ralbag). According to others, however, it was a simple incense spice, such as frankincense (Targum according to Ramban).
