11:23 God said to Moses, 'Has My power then become limited? You will now see whether or not My word will come true!'
Vayomer Adonay el-Moshe hayad Adonay tiktsar atah tir'eh hayikrecha devari im-lo.
11:24 Moses went out and told the people what God had said. He gathered seventy of the people's elders, and stood them around the Tent.
Vayetse Moshe vayedaber el-ha'am et divrey Adonay vaye'esof shiv'im ish mizikney ha'am vaya'amed otam sevivot ha'ohel.
