34:31 Moses summoned them, and when Aaron and all the community leaders returned to him, Moses spoke to them.

Commentary:

Moses gave them instructions...
  Some say that this relates to Exodus 35:4-17, which was told to him during the last 40 days (see note on Exodus 25:1).
