28:25 Attach the two braids on the two corners to the two settings, and they shall [thus] be attached to the [two] shoulder pieces of the ephod, toward the front.
Ve'et shtey ketsot shtey ha'avotot titen al-shtey hamishbetsot venatatah al-kitfot ha'efod el-mul panav.
28:26 Make two gold rings, and attach them to the two [lower] corners of the breastplate, on the edge that is toward the inside of the ephod.
Ve'asita shtey tabe'ot zahav vesamta otam al-shney ktsot hachoshen al-sefato asher el-ever ha'efod baytah.

shoulder pieces
  (see figure). Or, 'they shall be attached to the two sleeves of the ephod toward the neck' (see note on Exodus 28:6).
