The 15th day of the seventh month shall be a sacred holiday to you when no mundane work may be done. You shall celebrate a festival to God for seven days.
Uvachamishah asar yom lachodesh hashvi'i mikra-kodesh yihyeh lachem kol-melechet avodah lo ta'asu vechagotem chag l'Adonay shiv'at yamim.



Commentary:

15th day of the seventh month
  15 Tishrei, which is Sukkoth. See Leviticus 23:34-36, 39-43.

celebrate a festival
  Chag in Hebrew. Or, 'prepare a sacrifice' (see Exodus 23:14).
